These terms govern your use of mustafacreatives.com and any creative services provided by Mustafa Haiders trading as Mustafa Creatives ("I", "me", "the Freelancer"). By using this site or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
I provide performance ad editing, creative strategy, and related services for Meta Ads and other digital advertising platforms. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in writing (email or contract) before work begins.
Results shown on this website — including ROAS figures, revenue numbers, and engagement metrics — are documented outcomes from specific past client accounts under specific conditions. They are not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of results for any future client. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside my control, including your product, offer, landing page, ad account history, audience, and market conditions. Individual results will vary.
Payment terms are agreed per engagement. Work does not begin until an initial payment or deposit is received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered creative assets for advertising purposes. I retain the right to display work in my portfolio and case studies unless we agree a confidentiality clause in writing before work begins.
Revision rounds included with each project are specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

My total liability to you for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. I am not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, ad spend losses, or any indirect or consequential damages.
