Because creative work involves time, research, and skill that cannot be returned, completed and delivered projects are not eligible for a refund. This applies to ad edits, creative strategy, hook variant packs, and any other deliverables.
If you cancel a project before I have started work, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. Please email mustafahaidersh@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If you cancel after work has begun but before final delivery, I will invoice for work completed to that point. Any deposit paid will be applied against that amount. Any remainder will be refunded.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed before work begins. If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, I will revise within the agreed scope before a refund is considered. Revisions are the primary remedy for work that does not meet the agreed brief.
If work delivered materially fails to meet the agreed written brief and revisions have not resolved the issue, I will consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Contact me directly to discuss.
